Mainspring Recommend
Recommend provides product recommendations, merchandising controls, scheduled campaigns, evidence-gated optimization, catalog coverage diagnostics, storefront performance measurement, and attributed-revenue reporting for Shopify merchants.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify. Plan prices, limits, trial terms, and included features are shown before approval. Plan changes and cancellation follow Shopify’s billing rules.
Merchant responsibility
Merchants remain responsible for reviewing recommendations, storefront presentation, product eligibility, campaign settings, optimization policies, and business decisions made using the service.
Permitted use
You may use the service for lawful business purposes. You may not disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities, misuse automated access, or access restricted systems.
Availability and changes
Recommendations and reports depend on merchant data, Shopify services, and systems outside Mainspring’s control. Features may improve while preserving the material capability of an active paid plan.
No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Implied warranties are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mainspring will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
