Place the theme app block
Use Shopify’s theme editor to position the Mainspring block on a product template. No theme-code copy and paste is required.
Request recommendations
The block requests ranked products for the connected shop, placement, and current product context through the app’s storefront endpoint.
Record product discovery
The block records recommendation views and clicks. Order attribution is recorded only when the resulting Shopify order contains the corresponding attribution data.
Troubleshoot safely
If the block is empty, confirm the theme placement, catalog sync, eligible inventory, and connected-store status before changing strategy.
